 The cello player Bård Henrik Bosrup gives world premiere to Henrik Ødegaards new piece for cello solo during Oslo International Church Music Festival next week. As i J.S. Bachs famous cello-suites, Ødegaard also has dances as titles of the movements, but instead of the baroque dances in Bachs suites we here find traditional norwegian dances, as masurka, reinlender, springar, halling etc. The new composition has seven movements, and will be presented together with Bachs suite no. 5.
